In 1996, approximately 20 years ago, David Goldich – at that time a language consultant specialized in coaching executives – asked himself a question:
Why competent and engaged professionals find it so difficult to perform and interact in the international professional environment?
The search for answers for this apparently simple question sowed the origins of Paradigm Language Support, an advisory firm highly specialized in developing learning strategies and solutions for executive and corporate internationalization.
David has lead paradigm´s team with the same insight and wisdom, and with a constant inquisitive mindset. searching on the fringes for answers far and away from the obvious, recognizing that people´s interactions with the environment are far more dynamic and complex than what they appear to be on the surface. depth and wide ranging project diversity has helped Paradigm consistently consolidate its presence.
After twenty years of observation and experience, the building of a solid and seasoned staff, assisting over one hundred and thirty thousand professionals in hundreds of organizations in brazil and Latin America, Paradigm has consolidated into a group of companies that share a unique philosophy and provide specialized and relevant services for enhanced executive communication and internationalization.

As a “Gringo” – British to be precise – living in Brazil David has had the opportunity to observe the movements of players, clubs, coaches and agents in Brazil and outside. It was not long before this observation consolidated into significant perceptions as to how the world of Soccer shares some of its challenges with the corporate world.
